Brief of Company Background
The company was established in Indonesia in 1972 as a foreign joint venture company between PT Private Development Finance Company of Indonesia Ltd. and Limmen Investment Ltd., Unisouh Holdings Ltd. and Eastern Cotton Mills Ltd. The company built its first yarn spinning factory in 1973 on a 17 Ha of land in Probolinggo, East Java. Since then, the company has expanded and diversified into weaving and manufacturing garments. The present capacity of the spinning division is 53,613 spindles
