Brief of Company Background

Distribution function was separated from the marketing and production functions of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, PT Enseval was established in October 1973 to manage the distribution function. In line with business development, PT Enseval not only distributes pharmaceutical products, but also consumer products and medical equipment. PT Enseval is also an agent and distributor of raw materials for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries.

As the economy develops in Indonesia, PT Enseval seizes the opportunity to further diversify into various businesses outside of trading and distribution. In 1993, management decided to return to the core line of business. Thus, all trading and distribution business activities were transferred to PT Arya Gupta Cempaka. The company was founded in 1988 and subsequently, on August 6, 1993, changed its name to PT Enseval Putera Megatrading. On August 1, 1994, the Company was listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange as PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk.

The Company's activities are focused on distribution and trading services, which consist of 7 divisions, namely:

• Distribution and Sales of Consumer goods;
• Distribution and Sales of Prescription Medicines;
• Distribution and Sales of Over-the-Counter Medicines;
• Distribution and Sales of Raw Materials;
• Distribution and Sales of Medical Equipment, including marketing activities;
• Distribution and Sales of Pet and Livestock Medicines;
• Health Services and Transportation.

Up to this moment, the Company and its Subsidiaries have 76 branches spread from Banda Aceh to Jayapura, supported by very adequate infrastructure to support smooth logistics operations. This facility consists of 3 distribution centers in the form of large warehouses located in Jakarta, Cikarang and Surabaya. Each branch has a warehouse and delivery fleet as well as complete personnel to support operational activities and the needs of principals and customers.

Currently the Company has nine (9) operating Subsidiaries, namely::

PT Tri Sapta Jaya was established in 1980, and is also engaged in the distribution business of pharmaceutical and health products, focusing on expanding the pharmaceutical distribution network to the lower market and also reaching out to the regions. - remote area. Until now, PT Tri Sapta Jaya has 23 branches.

PT Millenia Dharma Insani was founded in 2003, developed from just a pharmacy business to a clinic under the name Mitrasana. Mitrasana Clinic provides economical and integrated health facilities. With a vision to become the clinic of choice for Indonesian families with excellent service and affordable prices, to date PT Millenia Dharma Insani has 10 clinics in the Jakarta area and its surroundings.

PT Enseval Medika Prima was established in November 2007 as a step by the Company to focus its business activities in the marketing and trading of medical devices under its Subsidiary, PT Enseval Medika Prima. PT Enseval Medika Prima besides offering distribution services, it is also a provider of marketing services for medical devices for principals.

PT Global Chemindo Megatrading, Due to the rapid growth of the Company's raw material business, in November 2007 the Company also took an important step by establishing PT Global Chemindo Megatrading and subsequently concentrating its raw material sales under PT Global Chemindo Megatrading in October 2008. growing by selling raw materials to customers other than customers in the group.

PT Renalmed Tiara Utama, As a step to diversify the types of services in the health sector, PT Renalmed Tiara Utama was established in July 2008. The Company acquired business from third parties to supply hemodialysis materials and machines for patients with kidney failure to many hospitals and clinics which include vehicles , hemodialysis machines and supplies.

PT Emos Global Digital was formed on November 11, 2019 as a digitalization step taken by the company to become a B2B application that can be shared by eco-systems, especially Pharmaceutical & Consumer Health principals and distributors.

PT Mostrans Global Digilog was formed on September 02, 2021 to support the Company's business, Mostrans is a B2B Digital Transportation Platform that functions to connect a supply chain ecosystem that focuses on Health products.

PT Forsta Kalmedic Global was established in May 2019 to support the Company's business which is engaged in the medical equipment industry, dentistry, other equipment and calibration service. And start operating in January 2021, 

PT Mitra Ananda Megadistrindo was established in July 2023 to support the Company's business which is engaged in distribution and cold chain logistics for fast moving consumer goods products.
