Brief of Company Background

PT Metro Healthcare Indonesia Tbk is a group engaged in integrated health services that has a hospital and in the future will develop technology-based health services and training centers to be able to produce professionals in health services.PT Metro Healthcare Indonesia Tbk manages hospitals that are members of the Metro Hospital Group. At present Metro Hospital already owns and operates 7 hospitals spread across several potential areas.Starting in 2015, PT Metro Healthcare Indonesia Tbk started its steps by acquiring RSIA Bunda Sejahtera, which is located in Kotabumi, Tangerang. After it was acquired, the hospital's operational capabilities became even more improved. Initially operational with 30 beds developed into 39 beds. The plan will soon be to build a new building for the development of the hospital into a public hospital and will later be renamed Metro Hospitals Kuta Baru.Also in 2015, RSIA Bina Sehat Mandiri was the second acquired hospital located in Duri Raya, Kedoya, West Jakarta. At present it has become a General Hospital with a capacity of 25 Beds. Due to limited land related to licensing, the hospital was renovated using the available area. In the future, the plan will change its name to Metro Hospitals Duri Kepa.Next in 2016, the third hospital that was acquired was the Hosana Cikarang Baru hospital, Jababeka. This hospital has been renamed as RS Metro Hospitals Cikarang in September 2017. The hospital capacity of 70 beds will be developed by complementing other facilities.The fourth hospital that was acquired was a Mulia Insani hospital located on Jl. Raya Serang Km 16.8 Cikupa. Its strategic location and occupying an area of ??9,409 m2 makes this hospital has good potential to be developed. 110 bed capacity can be developed into around 200 beds. At present the hospital has changed its name to Metro Hospitals CikupaKartini General Hospital is the fifth hospital acquired by PT Metro Healthcare Indonesia Tbk in 2019. Kartini Mojosari General Hospital is one of the first General Hospitals in the Mojosari area. Initially this hospital was a Kartini Child and Maternity Hospital. Along with the needs of the community, finally in 1999 it changed to Kartini Mojosari General Hospital. PT Metro Healthcare Indonesia Tbk acquired this hospital and plans to change its name to Metro Hospital Mojosari HospitalAt the same time, PT Metro Healthcare Indonesia Tbk also acquired RSIA Mitra Husada, located in Sidoardjo. RSIA Mitra Husada is a mother and child hospital that serves the community around the Sidoardjo and Surabaya areas. Equipped with maternity room facilities, operating rooms, laboratories, neonatal rooms, obstetric and gynecology specialists and experts in their fields. It is planned to be renamed Metro Hospital Sidoarjo.St. Yoseph RSIA Tanjung Priok is the seventh hospital acquired by PT Metro Healthcare Indonesia Tbk in 2019. RS Yoseph St. Yoseph has various facilities such as laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, emergency unit and intensive care unit. The hospital is planned to change its name to Metro Hospital Tanjung Priok.In addition to having a hospital, PT Metro Healthcare Indonesia Tbk also has a business development plan in the field of health service technology. Later an application will be built that aims to facilitate the public in obtaining health services online or conventionally in the Metro Hospital networkPT Metro Healthcare Indonesia Tbk also plans to build a training center to print health service personnel.
