Brief of Company Background

PT Bhakti Multi Artha Tbk (Company) was established on 23 May 2017 under the name PT Nasional Mitra Utama based on deed No.146 of Ardi Kristiar, S.H., MBA., Successor to Yulia, S.H., notary in South Jakarta. The deed of establishment was approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in Decree No. AHU-0023737.AH.01.01.Tahun 2017 dated May 23, 2017. The Company's articles of association have been amended several times, most recently based on deed No.1261 from Arief Yulianto, SH, M.Kn., notary in Cirebon City on September 24, 2019 concerning : - changes in the composition of the directors and commissioners of the Company; - change in the name of the Company's shareholders; - The change of company's name; - changes in the face value of the Company's shares; - increase in authorized capital, issued and paid up capital of the Company. The amendment was received by the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in its Letter No. AHU-AH.01.03-0337198 and AHU-AHA.01.03-0337199 dated September 25, 2019 and has been approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in Decree No. AHU-0074929.AH.01.02.Tahun 2019 dated 25 September 2019.In accordance with Article 3 of the Company's articles of association, the purpose and objectives of the Company are to try and / or invest in trade, transportation, development, industry, services both in the financial industry and non-financial industry, printing, workshop, agriculture and forestry. Business activities that are being carried out by the Company are financial consulting services and holding companies in the financial sector. The company operates commercially starting in 2017.
