Brief of Company Background

PT Jaya Sukses Makmur Sentosa Tbk (Tanrise Property) was established on May 23, 2003 and started its business through mixed-use Tritan Point Warehouse area consisting of warehouses and shops (ruko) in major cities in Indonesia such as Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Medan and Bandung. In 2011, Tanrise Property started expanding its business line by establishing Solaris Hotel in Malang and Bali as well as a modern residential area of Grand Sunrise in Gresik. In 2012, Tanrise Property began to expand its business line by building high-rise buildings designed by world-class architects. In 2015, Tanrise Property also develops three Cleo Business Hotel located in strategic locations spread across the city of Surabaya. Tanrise Property then developed its first High Rise Building, Vasa Hotel Surabaya which is the newest five-star hotel located in West Surabaya. Tanrise Property continues to expand by establishing office buildings Voza Premium Office and Luxury Apartment The 100 Residence. The property developed by PT Jaya Sukses Makmur Sentosa Tbk has always been in a strategic location, has a modern design and architecture and high quality. One of the forms of appreciation that has been received by Tanrise Property is Vasa Hotel Surabaya became the residence of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Ir. H. Joko Widodo, while visiting Surabaya.
