Brief of Company Background
The Company and its Subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the ""Group"") are vertically-integrated producers of edible oils and fats, with its principal activities comprising oil palm seed breeding, cultivation of oil palm plantations, production and refining of crude palm oil (""CPO"") and crude coconut oil (""CNO""), cultivation of rubber plantations and marketing and selling of the ralated end products. The Group also manages and cultivates integrated sugar cane, cocoa, coconut, tea and coffee platations, and processing, marketing and selling of the related agricultural produce.
