Brief of Company Background
PT FKS Multi Agro Tbk was established in 1992 as PT Fishindo Kusuma Sejahtera and became the first company to produce fish meal and fish oil using whole fish as main ingredients. Throughout its journey, the Company has listed its stocks on Indonesia Stock Exchange and changed its name to PT FKS Multi Agro Tbk after changing its core business to agricultural products.
The Company’s main activities are sales and distribution, port logistics services, warehousing, and transportation for food and feed ingredients.
Nowadays, the Company is known as the biggest, leading food and feed ingredients supplier, serving the needs of the nation’s food and feed sector combining the strength in logistics and distribution to create a reliable supply chain.
In 2022, FKS Multi Agro synergized the business and added its portfolio with consumers products through the acquisition of PT FKS Pangan Nusantara as a subsidiary handling sales and distribution of FMCG products, including Cooking Food, Snacks, Biscuits & Confectionery and Pantry Essentials.
