PT Dua Putra Utama Makmur Tbk is a fishery company that produces premium quality seafood. The Company was established in 2012 based on the Deed of Establishment No. 08 dated 09 May 2012 which was made before Sugiyanto, S.H., Notary in Pati and has been approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia with Decree No. AHU-31368.AH.01.01 of 2012 concerning the Legalization of the Company's Legal Entity dated 11 June 2012 and has been registered in the Company Register No. AHU-0052282.AH.01.09, and has been announced in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 39 dated 14 May 2013, and the Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 38393.

In a short time, the Company's business performance showed a very significant increase. This can be seen from the start of exports to Malaysia in 2012, then continued to expand to China, South Korea, Thailand, Japan, and Singapore in 2014. The cold storage capacity began to be expanded within the Company's head office to be able to store 3,000 tons of DPUM products. In 2015, the Company for the first time conducted an IPO (Initial Public Offering) of shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) as a listed public company and succeeded in obtaining public funds for investment, market development, technology and human resource development and changed its name to PT . Dua Putra Utama Makmur Tbk. In the same year the Company also received a Certificate from the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Entering 2016, the Company has again expanded its cold storage capacity to 25,000 tons. In addition, the Company also received international certification and several other awards such as the British Retail Consortium (BRC) Food Certificate, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), which is a certification as a sign that DPUM products have passed chemical, biological and physical tests and are free from contamination. hazardous materials. In the field of quality management systems, DPUM products have received ISO 9001 certificates and halal certificates from the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI). Additional business activities in the form of cold room rentals, the company's cold room rentals are not limited to fishery rentals but also other commodities such as livestock and agribusiness, the company also expands trading business to new destination countries such as Australia.
