The company markets its products via its affiliate companies in the United States of America, Europe, Hongkong and Japan. The company also holds the license for Manhattan, the exclusive men’s wear which is produced by PT Likespring for local market. The company launched 8.5 million shares in its second right issue at Rp 1.000/share on July 10, 1996. About 94.04% of the fund will be used to fund an acquisition of PT APAC Inti Corpora, and the rest of it for working capital
