* Property & Hospitality
Running the property segment business through a subsidiary that develops TOD-based residential designs, highrise buildings, landed houses and commercial.
* Manufacturing
Running a business producing precast concrete.
* Investments and Concessions
Carrying out business in the Investment and Concession segment with a Private Project Partnership (PPP) scheme or Government and Business Entity Cooperation (KPBU) through independent capital participation from the Company or establishing a joint venture.

Implementing Business Entities (BUP) resulting from investment activities include:

1. Transportation infrastructure projects (toll roads, bridges and railway infrastructure)
2. Area (tourism and airport)
3. Energy (Trash Energy Plant)
4. Water supply/management and waste management.

As a BUMN operating in the construction sector, ADHI carries out main duties and functions in 4 (four) business lines, as follows:
