Brief of Company Background

Satria Mega Kencana, PT, domiciled in South Jakarta is a limited liability company established based on and subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Indonesia (""Company""). The Company was established on June 16, 2004. The Articles of Association of the Company have undergone several changes and on May 9, 2018 the Company has changed its status to a Public Company (Tbk) and focuses more on business activities in self-owned or leased real estate, tourism areas, industrial estate and real estate on a fee or contract basis. The head office is located at Jl. Panglima Polim Raya No. 28, RT / RW. 009/007, Pulo Village, Kebayoran Baru Subdistrict, South Jakarta 12160.In 2011 and 2012 the Company expanded and expanded its business by acquiring shares in companies. Until now, the Company has subsidiaries namely PT Tanjung Karoso Permai and PT Dwimukti Mitra Wisata. In this case the Company acts as a land bank and has several assets in several regions. At present the Company focuses on developing assets and operating hotels in several places, through its subsidiary entity, PT Dwimukti Mitra Wisata. PT Dwimukti Mitra Wisata is acting as the operational owner of hotels known as Sotis Hotel. Starting in 2013, the Company through other subsidiaries, PT Tanjung Karoso Permai also plans to develop a tourism area located in the village of Tanjung Karoso, Sumba Barat Daya, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). While other assets belonging to the Company are located in Central Island - Thousand Islands, Canggu - Bali and several other places which are mostly planned for the construction of resorts / villas, hotels and / or tourism areas. Focusing on the Company's vision is to build a hospitality industry, especially in eastern Indonesia, East Nusa Tenggara.The Company, through its subsidiary entity, PT Dwimukti Mitra Wisata and other subsidiaries, plans to continue to develop Sotis Hotels in the future. Inspired by the name of the Cloth Weaving NTT, ""Sotis"" is a cloth made from the weaving process by the people of NTT. The ability to weave is a high cultural art and is appreciated and becomes part of the daily life of the people of NTT. Where one type of weaving ""Sotis"" weave by using threads that have been dipped first into the dye. This weaving process requires its own patience, tenacity, skill and uniqueness. So it can be concluded that the making of weaving requires perseverance, patience and perseverance but can then be felt and seen as a result, namely beauty and uniqueness. Reflecting on this, the Company chose the name ""Sotis"" in accordance with the Company's philosophy of tenacity, skill, beauty, uniqueness and integrity.
