Brief of Company Background
PT. Energi Mega Persada was established in Jakarta on October 16th 2003, at the date of the establishment the Company engaged in management service of the Oil and Natural Gas company. In 2003 the Company has been changes and expands its core business into exploration, development, and produce Oil and Natural Gas onshore and offshore. The Company recorded net profit at IDR195.818 billion in 2005 rising from IDR74.167 billion in 2004. The net profit increase was in line with the revenue which stepped up from IDR855.080 billion in 2004 to IDR1.479 trillion in 2005.
