Brief of Company Background
Established in 1995, PT Indopoly Swakarsa Industry (ISI) started its operations in 1996 with factory located in Purwakarta, Indonesia. In 2009, through acquisition of Golden Polindo Industries Pte. Ltd., the Company holds controlling interest in YKFI and SKFI, forming the Indopoly Group. In July 2010, the Company was listed as a public company in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) under ticker symbol: IPOL, changing the name of the Company to PT Indopoly Swakarsa Industry Tbk.
Indopoly Group operates in two locations: Indonesia and China. The total installed capacity is 100,000 tons per year representing 80,000 tons of BOPP and 20,000 tons of BOPET production capacity. The Company is a certified ISO:9001 since 1998 and has achieved the Recognition of Accomplishment from American Institute of Baking (AIB).
