Brief of Company Background

Established in 2008, PT. Pelayaran Jaya Hidup Baru is the leading and pioneer shipping company specializing in vessel chartering solutions. Our expertise as global logistics provider is a combination of top-quality vessels, reliable services and long-term experience as professional in the industry.

At the time of its establishment, in accordance with Company Deed No. 3 dated October 9, 2008, the Company's purpose and objective was domestic shipping. To achieve this purpose and objective, the Company engaged in shipping and transportation services, as well as vessel chartering. Furthermore, in accordance with Company Deed No. 108 dated December 2, 2021, the Company's business activities were domestic sea transportation for general goods (Code 50131) and international sea transportation for general goods (Code 50141).

Currently, in accordance with Company Deed No. 27 dated July 4, 2025, the Company's business activities are Domestic Sea Transportation for Goods in Port Waters (KBLI: 50132) and Holding Company Activities (KBLI: 64200). The Company's business activities that have been carried out since its establishment until now are domestic sea transportation in port waters for goods in the form of heavy equipment and containers.

During the course of our sailing career, PT. Pelayaran Jaya Hidup Baru has expanded from a modest armada to owning up to 5 fleet vessels from 1.300 metric tones to 2.500 metric tones. We have become the specialist of vessel chartering moving all kinds of cargo, particularly heavy equipment, cranes, heavy constructions, refinery machine and other industrial equipment.
