Brief of Company Background

Limpele, S.H., M.Kn., Notary in the Central Jakarta Administrative City, which has obtained ratification from the MOLHR based on Decree No. AHU-0009831.AH.01. .01.Year 2022 dated February 8, 2022, which has been registered in the Company Register No. AHU-0026485.AH.01.11.Year 2022 dated February 8, 2022, and announced in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 014 dated February 18, 2022, Supplement No. 006670 (“Deed of Establishment of the Company”).

For future business prospects, the Company and its Subsidiaries will focus on the current business activities, namely businesses in the field of Futures Exchange, Crypto Asset Exchange, and Custodian services of Crypto Assets.
