Brief of Company Background

PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP) was established on October 7, 2014 as a subsidiary of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT). As one of the largest Precast and Readymix Concrete producers in Indonesia, WSBP is present as a One Stop Solution that provides integrated services, ranging from product design, production, to infrastructure construction.

Since its initial listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on September 20, 2016, WSBP has continued to show strong performance growth, supported by the achievement of various national and regional awards. Among others, Alpha 10th Annual Best Deal & Solution Award Southeast Asia 2016, CSA Award 2019 from the Indonesian Securities Analyst Association & CSA Research, Indonesia Construction Safety Award 2020, CEO Safety Leadership Award from A2K4 Indonesia, The Best Producer of Prefabrication for Housing & Infrastructure Precast Material 2022, Indonesia Construction Safety Award 2023, and various other awards.
