The Indonesian Stock Exchange Authority is currently monitoring the price development and stock transaction activity of PT Boston Furniture Industries Tbk (SOFA).

"There has been an unusual increase in prices and transaction activity for SOFA shares compared to the previous period (Unusual Market Activity/UMA)," said IDX Transaction Supervision Division Head Lidia M Panjaitan in Jakarta on Thursday (29/7).

In connection with the UMA, IDX expects investors to pay attention to the listed company's response to the exchange's confirmation request, to pay close attention to its performance and information disclosure.

In addition, investors should review the company's corporate action plan if the plan has not received approval from the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).
