PT Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (CENT) obtained a loan facility from PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, and PT Bank Permata Tbk amounting to Rp5.7 trillion.

"This loan facility is marked by the signing of a confirmation agreement between the company and its subsidiaries on February 24, 2021," said CENT Corporate Secretary Wiwik Septriandewi in the company's disclosure submitted to the IDX on Monday (1/3).

He added that the business entities that also signed the agreement were PT Centraltama Menara Indonesia, PT Mac Sarana Djaya, PT Fastel Sarana Indonesia, and PT Network Quality Indonesia.

"For the loan facility, the company's business entity will provide collateral in the form of its assets to a syndicated bank," he added.

Centratama Group will use this loan facility for the repayment of existing loan facilities and group business development.
