Jakarta - PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL) has set the interest coupon for sustainable bonds II phase I 2022 at 6.75-8.25%.

Based on the company's brief prospectus published on Tuesday (8/23), the number of bonds issued in the first phase was Rp1.5 trillion.

The company offers these bonds in three Series: Series A worth Rp735.225 billion with a coupon of 6.75% and a 3-year tenor, while Series B is valued at Rp411.844 billion with a 7.40% coupon and a 5-year tenor. Series C is valued at Rp177.915 billion with a coupon of 7.90% and a tenor of 7 years, and Series D is worth Rp175.005 billion with a coupon of 8.25% and a tenor of 10 years.

Along with the issuance of bonds, XL also offers sustainable sukuk ijarah III phase I 2022, amounting to Rp1.5 trillion.

The number of issuances of bonds and sukuk ijarah is part of the target of raising funds for sustainable bonds II of Rp5 trillion and sustainable sukuk ijarah III of Rp5 trillion.
