Jakarta - PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL) obtained a revolving loan facility from MUFG Bank Ltd, Jakarta Branch, worth Rp1.9 trillion.

"This revolving loan facility is without commitment," EXL Corporate Secretary Ranty Astari Rachman stated in information disclosure on Monday (6/13).

According to him, this facility has a term of 18 months since the signing of the agreement on June 9, 2022.

"This facility will be used by the company for general corporate purposes, including corporate actions," he said.
