PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk plans to issue debt securities with a total of up to Rp13.64 trillion.

Citing the disclosure of information from Solusi Tunas Pratama, on Wednesday (28/4), the issuance of these bonds consists of USD bonds of US$400 million or equivalent to Rp5.64 trillion and IDR bonds of around Rp8 trillion.

The transaction value for the issuance of Dollar and Rupiah bonds was 155% and 219% of the company's equity as of December 31, 2020, respectively. The bond issuance has a tenor of 7 years and a coupon of 8% for Dollar bonds, and a maximum of 12% for Rupiah bonds.

Management explained that the issuance of bonds was primarily intended for the company to obtain alternative funding with funding costs and a more flexible funding structure compared to existing financing.
