Brief of Company Background
PT Inter Delta Tbk (the “Company”) was established under Notarial Deed Kartini Muljadi, SH No. 119 dated November 15, 1976 under the name PT Inter Delta. The Company's Deed of Establishment was approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in Decree No. Y.A.5/17/1 dated January 10, 1977 and announced in the State Gazette No. 40 dated May 20, 1977. On December 2, 1996, the Company changed its name to PT Inter Delta Tbk. the name change was approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in Decree No. C2-1213.HT.01.14.Th.97 dated February 21, 1997.
The Company is domiciled and headquartered in Jakarta with several representative offices, namely in Denpasar, Surabaya, Semarang and Medan.
The Company's business activities are mainly engaged in industries closely related to film including photo film processing, printing equipment manufacturing industry and general trading in film equipment, micro film, photo and film chemicals and electronic equipment.
