Intiland Development Pre Sales Jumps 166% to Rp310 Billion in First Quarter


PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) made pre-sales during the first quarter of 2021 of around Rp310 billion or grew 166% from the same period last year of Rp117 billion.

"The main contribution to the pre-sales growth came from the landed house segment, such as Graha Natuna, Talaga Bestari, Serenia Hills, South Grove and Graha Famili," quoted in an Intiland publication Friday (30/4).

The Covid-19 pandemic and buyers still overshadow this sales achievement tend to maintain a wait-and-see approach amid uncertain conditions, especially in the high rise and middle to upper segments.

Based on the sales segment, tread houses contributed around 71.5% or Rp222 billion, industrial estate 19.2% or equivalent to Rp59 billion, and mixed-use & high rise 9.3% or Rp29 billion.

Based on the location where the developer achieved sales during the first quarter of 2021, Surabaya contributed 54% or equivalent to Rp167 billion and Jakarta around 46% or
