LPCK Revenue Rises 17% to Rp765 Billion in Jan-Jun


Jakarta - PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (LPCK) recorded revenue growth of 16.9% to Rp765 billion in the first semester of 2022 from the same period last year of Rp655 billion.

"This increase comes from landed house occupancy income of Rp394 billion, double the previous Rp189 billion," said LPCK CEO Rudy Halim in a press release on Tuesday (9/8).

He continued that selling landed houses and apartments reached Rp466 billion, contributing 60.9% of the company's total revenue. Meanwhile, land sales in industrial estates amounted to Rp83 billion, or 10.9% of total revenue.

Meanwhile, the company realized pre-sales at Rp641 billion, or in line with the target for this year of around Rp1.45 trillion.

LPCK also reduced operating expenses by around 5.1%, to Rp129 billion from Rp136 billion. As a result, EBITDA grew 52% to Rp266 billion from Rp175 billion.
