Jakarta - PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL), until the first semester of 2022, posted a profit attributable to owners reaching Rp614.91 billion, or a decrease of around 14.11% compared to the same period the previous year of Rp715.95 billion.

Quoted from the company's financial report published on Wednesday (24/8), the decline in profit achievement was triggered by the high operating expenses of around 10.73% to Rp12.18 trillion from Rp11.004 trillion.

However, the company posted revenues of Rp14.07 trillion, an increase of around 8.47% compared to the same period the previous year of Rp12.97 trillion.

By the end of June 2022, the company's total assets were recorded at Rp76.41 trillion, with equity of Rp20.33 trillion and liabilities of Rp55 trillion.
