PT Mandala Multifinance Tbk conducted a sustainable public offering through sustainable sukuk mudharabah I with a target fund to be raised of Rp1.5 trillion.

Based on the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) disclosure on  Friday (25/6), in the first phase of 2021, the company offered sustainable mudharabah sukuk with a total fund of Rp350 billion.

This first phase of the mudharabah sukuk has a tenor of 367 calendar days and will mature on July 8, 2022.

Meanwhile, the implementation schedule is: that the effective date from the OJK has been obtained on June 23, 2021, the public offering period will take place on June 25 and 28, 2021, allotment on June 29, 2021, and listing on the IDX on July 2, 2021.

The company entrusts PT Sucor Sekuritas as the underwriter for the issuance of sukuk mudharabah.
