Jakarta - The Indonesian Stock Exchange has suspended the shares of PT Batavia Prosperindo Trans Tbk (BPTR).

Head of the Transaction Supervision Division, Lidia M Panjaitan, said the IDX suspended the stocks due to a significant increase in the cumulative price of BPTR shares.

"BEI considers it necessary to temporarily suspend trading of BPTR shares in the regular market and cash market starting from the first trading session on December 20, 2021 until further stock exchange announcements are made," he said in information disclosure in Jakarta.

The Exchange urges interested parties to always pay attention to the disclosure of information submitted by the company.

Previously, the suspension of MDLN shares was carried out on December 15, 2021.
