Intiland Development Sees Pre-sales to Exceed Rp2 Trillion


This year, PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) expects pre-sales (marketing sales) to exceed Rp2.01 trillion.

According to the Intiland 2020 annual report, marketing sales in Jakarta remain the largest contributor with a target of Rp1.36 trillion, followed by Surabaya with Rp625 billion.

According to the section, mixed-use and high rise are expected to earn Rp1.19 trillion in marketing sales and Rp827 billion in housing.

This year, Intiland will concentrate its marketing efforts on a few critical areas. For starters, the emphasis is solely on developing products with a huge niche and high demand in the market.

In addition, Intiland will also focus more on marketing stocks or inventories that are still available for ongoing projects. Another step is to strengthen the marketing fleet to improve sales performance.
