Jakarta - PT Hutama Karya (Persero) Tbk offers coupons for the second phase of sustainable bonds in 2021, ranging from 8.25%-9.30%.

In the short prospectus issued Tuesday (31/8), in the first phase, the company offers bonds for a maximum of Rp1 trillion in three series, namely Series A worth Rp33.5 billion with an 8.25% coupon for a 3-year term, Series B amounting to Rp185.550 billion with a coupon of 8.55% and tenor of 5 years, Series C of Rp780.950 billion with a coupon of 9.30% and period of 7 years.

The company also issued a sustainable Sukuk Mudharabah I phase I in 2021 worth Rp500 billion in three series.

These bonds and sukuk mudharabah are part of the issuance of the sustainable bonds II program aiming to raise funds of Rp2 trillion and sukuk mudharabah sustainable program with a target of raising funds of Rp1 trillion.
