Hutama Karya Plans to Sell Rp1.3 Trillion Bonds, Sukuk


Jakarta - PT Hutama Karya plans to issue debt securities with a total of Rp1.3 trillion.

The company's brief prospectus published on Friday (12/24) stated that these debt securities consist of sustainable bonds II phase II in 2022 worth Rp1 trillion and sustainable sukuk mudharabah I phase II in 2022 worth Rp300 billion.

This phase II continuous bond has three series: series A worth Rp81 billion and a coupon of 6.50% with a 3-year tenor, series B worth Rp176,500 billion and a coupon of 7.75% with a 5-year tenor, and series C worth Rp742.5 billion, 8.25% coupon and seven years tenor.

The proceeds from the ongoing public offering of these bonds will be used to repay the company's principal loan or part of it.

Meanwhile, the company will use the proceeds from the sukuk mudharabah sale for the company's business activities to replace funds sourced from loans.

The company has obtained an  'A' and 'A(sy)rating
