FIF Cancels Plans to Sell Rp12 Trilion Bonds
PT Federal International Finance (FIF) has decided to terminate the continuing public offering of IV FIF sustainable bonds or Bond Sale Program (BSP) IV before the end of the two years.
"The termination of BSP IV is carried out by the company by considering the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the need for funding sources," said Corporate Secretary Department Head Sri Noerhayati in a statement to the Stock Exchange on Friday (26/2).
According to her, the company has made adjustments to its funding sources to the financing target and its collectability level.
In connection with BSP IV, the company obtained a registration statement on June 17, 2019. The target for raising funds for this corporate action is Rp15 trillion.
From June 2019 to October 2020, the company has successfully raised Rp3 trillion under the BSP.
