Danareksa to Sell Rp1 Trillion Bonds in 2023


Jakarta - PT Danareksa plans to issue 2023 bonds worth Rp1 trillion.

Based on the company's prospectus released on Friday (1/13), these bonds are offered in two series. Series A has a tenor of 3 years, and series B has a tenor of 5 years.

Danareksa plans to use the bond issuance proceeds to repay all or part of the principal banking debt and working capital, which consists of employee salaries and operational and marketing costs.

In issuing these bonds, the company obtained an AA rating from Pefindo.

The company has entrusted the underwriters of the bonds to BNI Sekuritas, BRI Danareksa Sekuritas, Indo Premier Sekuritas, and Mandiri Sekuritas. The trustee is BTN Tbk.

The schedule is as follows: initial offering period January 13–20, 2023; estimated effective date January 31, 2023; public offering period February 2-3, 2023; allotment February 6, 2023; and IDX listing February 9, 2023.
