PT Danareksa Investment Management (DIM) is optimistic that the growth of managed funds from the retail segment will increase by 50% this year, driven by the massive increase in mutual fund investors since the beginning of the year.

Managing Director of Danareksa Investment Management Marsangap P. Tamba said the managed funds of DIM's mutual funds by April this year grew 25% YoY, and the company's mutual fund participation units increased 16% interest-based and stock-based mutual funds.

"To support this growth, we focus on selling open end mutual fund products. We believe that the sale of these two products is good for the sustainability of the company's managed funds," said Marsangap in a written statement on Monday (24/5 /).

He assessed that the growth of domestic investors would support investment growth in the long term.

"This is in line with DIM's strategy to optimize banking and fintek distribution channels
