The Indonesia Stock Exchange has suspended the trading in PT Tridomain Performance Materials Tbk (TDPM) shares in all markets since the first session, Tuesday (27/4).

This step follows the postponement of the payment of the principal repayment of MTN III Tridomain Performance 2018, which is due on April 27, 2021, thus raising doubts about the company's business continuity.

The company's postponed debt repayment was revealed from the Indonesian Central Securities Depository announcement dated April 26, 2021.

"The Exchange asks interested parties to always pay attention to the disclosure of information conveyed by the company," said Head of the IDX Corporate Valuation Division 2, Vera Florida, in an Exchange disclosure today.
