Jakarta - PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) has sold the assets of the apartment unit in Central Park Jakarta to PT CMP Assets Indonesia for Rp4.53 trillion.

"This transaction was carried out on September 22, 2022," said APLN Director Cesar M. Dela Cruz, quoted in an information disclosure in Jakarta on Wednesday (10/19).

He explained that there were 149 Certificates of Ownership of Flat Units that were sold.

Along with the sale and purchase transactions, APLN has invested in new shares issued by CPM Indonesia, which represent 28.58% of all issued and fully paid shares in CPM.

He considered this transaction to have a positive impact on the company's operational and financial activities, especially APLN's liquidity, where the company has succeeded in paying and paying off all debts owned by the company to Guthrie Centure Pte Ltd.
