Jakarta - PT Aneka Gas Industri Tbk (AGII) plans to issue a sustainable sukuk ijarah phase V 2022 with the remaining ijarah fee of Rp396 billion.

Based on the prospectus released Tuesday (15/3), the sukuk ijarah has three series, including Series A with the remaining amount of the ijarah fee of Rp118.80 billion for a 3-year tenor; Series B worth Rp123.7 billion with a 5-year tenor; and Series C worth Rp153.5 billion with a term of 7 years.

This phase V sukuk ijarah is part of the public offering of sustainable sukuk ijarah II program with a target of obtaining funds of Rp1 trillion.

AGII will use the proceeds from the sukuk issuance to pay off the principal of sustainable bonds I phase I 2017 in the amount of Rp19 billion, to pay off the remaining compensation for Ijarah sukuk Ijarah I phase I 2017 of Rp103.5 million, and repayment of the principal of sustainable bonds II phase III 2021 worth Rp15 billion.
