Aneka Gas to Sell Rp300 Billion Bonds, Sukuk


Jakarta - PT Aneka Gas Indonesia Tbk (AGII) plans to issue debt securities with a maximum of Rp300 billion.

The details are sustainable bonds II phase IV in 2021 worth Rp150 billion and sustainable sukuk ijarah phase IV in 2021 worth Rp150 billion.

The issuance of these bonds is part of the sustainable bonds II program with a target of raising funds of Rp500 billion and the sustainable sukuk ijarah progarm with fundraising of Rp1 trillion.

The company will use proceed from the issuance of bonds and sukuk ijarah to pay off the principal of sustainable bonds I phase III in 2019.

These bonds have three series: series A worth Rp44,700 billion with a coupon of 8.10% and a tenor of 3 years, series B worth Rp46.3 billion with a coupon of 9.15% and a tenor of 5 years, and series C worth Rp59 billion with a 10% coupon and a tenor of 7 years.

Ijarah sukuk are offered in two series, series A worth Rp133 billion with a 3-year tenor and series B
