Zebra Nusantara Plans Rights Issue 1.7 Billion Shares


PT Zebra Nusantara Tbk (ZBRA) will issue new shares through pre-emptive rights or rights issues.

In an information disclosure on the IDX on Wednesday (9/6), Zebra said it would issue a maximum of 1.71 billion Series B shares with a nominal value of Rp100 per share. This amount is equivalent to 200% of the number of shares before the exercise of Rights II.

The exercise price is set at Rp812 per share, meaning that Zebra will get a maximum of Rp1.39 trillion in fresh funds.

Rights will be distributed to ZBRA shareholders registered on June 24, 2021 (recording date).

Trinity Healthcare (THC), as the main shareholder and controlling shareholder of ZBRA with 77.7% ownership, will absorb the Preemptive Rights to which it is entitled to 1.11 billion shares.

In addition, THC will transfer a portion of its rights to PT European Hospital Development (EHD) of 105,621,603 shares, PT Jade Green Equities (JE) of 105,288,635 shares, and PT Holistic
