Jakarta - PT Yelooo Integra Datanet Tbk (YELO) plans to increase its capital with pre-emptive rights of 15.302 billion shares.

Based on the company's brief prospectus published on Friday (5/13), the EGMS will be held on June 21, 2022.

According to the prospectus, this additional capital will strengthen the capital structure. The company can invest in subsidiaries and develop business in internet service providers through fiber optic cables and increase the number of outstanding shares.
