Wijaya Karya Unit Obtains Rp6 Trillion Syndicated Loan


A subsidiary of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA), PT Wijaya Karya Serang Panimbang (WSP), obtained a syndicated loan and syndicated financing facility line worth a total of Rp6 trillion from PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (SMI) Syariah and ten domestic banks.

The 10 banks consist of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI), PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk, PT BPD Central Java, PT BPD Papua, PT BPD Sumut, PT BPD Jabar and Banten, PT BPD Sulsel and Sulbar, PT Bank Aceh Syariah, and PT BPD Sumut Syariah.

"The syndicated loan agreement and syndicated financing facility line were signed on June 18, 2021," said Corporate Secretary of Wijaya Karya (Wika), Mahendra Vijaya, in an information disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in Jakarta on Wednesday (23/6).

Mahendra said that WSP is a company controlled by Wika with 83.42% ownership. WSP will use the credit to support the construction of the Serang-Panimb
