PT Wijaya Karya Realty, the business entity of PT Wijaya Karya Tbk, took over 1,470 shares of PT Patra Jasa or 49% of the issued and paid-up shares in PT Hotel Indonesia Group.

"The mechanism for this share takeover is buying and selling," said WIKA's Corporate Secretary, Mahendra Vijaya, in the IDX's information disclosure, on Tuesday (15/6).

The sale and purchase transaction value was Rp1,562 billion, and Wika Realty carried out the transaction on June 11, 2021.

This transaction is classified as an affiliated transaction because the same shareholder, the government, owns the holding company of the parties to the transaction.

PT Patra Jasa is a business entity of PT Pertamina with 99.99% ownership.
