Jakarta - PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk (WMPP) received a credit facility from PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk amounting to Rp791 billion.

"The company gets a better financing alternative to replace the existing loan balance," said President Director Widodo Tumiyana in information disclosure in Jakarta on Tuesday (14/12).

The details are working capital loans I with a maximum of Rp100 billion, working capital loans II with a maximum sub-limit letter of credit limit of Rp293 billion, investment loans of Rp79.150 billion, a maximum limit of US$200 million or equivalent to Rp290 billion, and an ultimate treasury line of US$2 million or equivalent to Rp29 billion.

The tenor for working capital loans I and working capital loans II is 12 months, investment loans have a tenor of 36 months, and the LC and treasury line ceilings have a tenor of 12 months.
