Jakarta - PT Waskita Toll Road (WTR) provided a loan facility to PT Waskita Transjawa Toll Road (WTTR) worth Rp1.423 trillion.

Based on the company's disclosure of information submitted to the IDX on Tuesday (15/2), this loan facility consists of Rp1,219 trillion for constructing the Pasuruan-Pobolinggo toll road section IV Rp204,475 billion for payments for construction retention sections III and IV of the Pejagan-Pemalang toll road section.

The WTR loan facility to WTTR will be distributed to PT Trans Jawa Paspro Toll Road (Paspro) and PT Pejagan Pemalang Toll Road (PPRT).

This loan facility to WTTR bears an interest rate of 8.5% with a tenor of up to December 30, 2022.

The transaction value was 9.04% of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk's equity, recorded at Rp15.745 trillion at the end of September 2022, and 6.06% of WTR's equity, which was recorded at Rp23.503 trillion in the same period.
