Jakarta - A subsidiary of PT Waskita Karya Tbk (WSKT), PT Waskita Toll Road has exercised the option to buy back shares of PT Kresna Kusuma Dyandra Marga (KKDM) of 53.78 million or 2.10% of the ownership of the Limited Participation Mutual Funds (LPMF).

The value of the share buyback transaction is Rp. 47.391 billion based on the deed of sale and purchase of shares dated November 18, 2021.

"With this transaction, even though WTR ownership in KKDM has increased, KKDM as a subsidiary of WTR remains unconsolidated in WTR's financial statements or the company," said Waskita President Director Destiwan Soewardjono in information disclosure on Tuesday (23/11).

With this transaction, the structure of share ownership in KKDM is that WTR controls 71.80% or equivalent to 1.83 billion shares, LPMF owns 27.90% or 714.58 million, and Jasa Marga Tbk as much as 0.30%.
