PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk provided a loan to the Toll Road Business Entity (BUJT), namely PT Cibitung Tanjung Priok Port Tollways (CTPPT), amounting to Rp105.74 billion.

"The loan will be used by CTPPT for construction payments and construction period interest," said Waskita spokesperson Ratna Ningrum in the IDX disclosure on Tuesday (20/4).

CTPPT is a business entity of PT Waskita Toll Road (WTR) with ownership of around 55%. WTR is a subsidiary of Waskita Karya with ownership of 81.47% shares.

In 2020, Waskita Karya posted an operating income of Rp16.19 trillion with a loss for the year reached Rp. 9.49 trillion.
