Waskita Karya Plans to Sell Rp2.6 Trillion Bonds


Jakarta - PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT) plans to conduct a public offering of bonds III in 2021 with a maximum principal amount of Rp2.6 trillion.

According to the brief prospectus published Monday (6/9), the company offers the bonds in two series, Series A with a term of 5 years and Series B with a tenor of 7 years.

Waskita will use the proceeds from this bond issuance of around Rp1.66 trillion to pay off the principal debt of continuous bonds II phase II in 2016 series A, which will mature on September 28, 2021, and continuous bonds III phase III in 2018 series A, which matures in September 2021. The company will use the rest to cover the capital needs in the cost of goods in the Phase I Kayu Agung-Palembang-Betung project.

In this bond public offering framework, Waskita has obtained a rating from Pefindo, namely 'AAA'.

In this corporate action, the company appointed PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas, PT Bahana Sekuritas, DBS Vicker
