Jakarta - PT Waskita Karya Tbk, through PT Waskita Toll Road (WTR), made a buyback option for PT Jasamarga Semarang Batang (JSB) shares of 1.662 billion, or 39.77%.

The buyback was carried out from the ownership of SAM Toll Road Limited Investment Mutual Fund with 826.312 million shares, or the equivalent of 19.77% of the shares valued at Rp1.812 trillion, and PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur with 835.732 million shares, or 20% of the shares with a transaction value of Rp1.817 trillion.

Thus, the share ownership structure in JSB is that WTR owns 39.77% or 1.662 billion shares, PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol around 44.18% or 1.846 billion shares, PT Lintas Marga Jawa owns 16.06% or 670 million shares.

"With this buyback, WTR will again become a JSB shareholder," said Waskita Main Director Destiawan Soewardjono in information disclosure on Monday (12/5).
