Jakarta - PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP) has announced a new contract value of Rp3.5 trillion this year, growing 30% from the previous year's realization of Rp2.7 trillion.

According to Waskita Beton FX President Director Poerbayu Ratsunu, WSBP continues to make improvements in various aspects of the business after the achievement of Suspension of Payment homologation.

The optimism for the acquisition of the new contract value target comes from the prospect of external projects of 35%, SOEs or provincial SOEs around 36%, private sector 51%, government 12%, and overseas 1%, as well as internal projects by 65%.

"We are optimistic that we can capture external market opportunities from the private sector, state-owned enterprises and their subsidiaries, such as infrastructure development and the new capital city. In addition, we also increase participation in government projects," said Poerbayu in a press release on Friday (8/5).
