PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (INCO) shares rose following the company's decision to distribute dividends on May 28, 2021.

On Thursday's trade (29/4) at 11.10 WIB, INCO's shares rose 2.9% or 130 points to Rp4,610. Total transactions reached Rp96.52 billion.

Vale Indonesia today is holding its 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) in Jakarta. At the AGMS, shareholders received the Directors 'Report and the Board of Commissioners' Report on the management and supervision of the company's management for the year ended December 31, 2020.

Shareholders also approved and ratified the company's audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2020. INCO management explained that the company's ability to distribute dividends based on dividend policy depends on the amount of cash available and not only on net income.
