Jakarta - PT United Tractor Tbk has implemented a buyback program for 98.326 million shares valued at Rp3.183 trillion.

"The maximum share buyback is Rp5 trillion, which will not exceed 20% of paid-up capital and at least 7.5% of outstanding shares," said UNTR Corporate Secretary Sara K. Loebis, in an information disclosure on Friday (1/13).

This share buyback program will be held from July 12, 2022, to January 11, 2023.
